Product Description
The kids will use a D cell battery in a clip, 3 test leads, and a 1.5 volt light bulb in a socket to assemble a simple circuit that they will use to demonstrate that electrical energy can be converted to light, heat, sound, motion, and magnetic fields. As the kids collect data using different materials they will begin to formulate a “law” of energy transfer which they will support using their data.
Demo Pack includes: D battery in clip, 3 test leads, 1.5 bulb in socket, 1 motor and propeller, 1 buzzer, 1 nichrome wire, 1 copper wire with nail.
Study Group Pack includes: 4 D batteries in clips, 12 test leads, 4 1.5 bulbs in socket, 4 motors and propellers, 4 buzzers, 4 nichrome wires, 4 copper wires with nails.
