Ramp It Up Materials

This lab uses an inclined plane and a spring balance to show that simple machines can reduce the amount of work (or force) needed to lift an object. Teaches that force and motion are related to potential and kinetic energy and are influenced by friction and gravity.

Includes: 1 spring balance, 3 5cm x 5 cm x 10 cm wood blocks.
