Aluminum Sulfate 14% Solution

This liquid is a mild acid in solution that reacts with bases like sodium bicarbonate to release carbon dioxide gas.  Great for table top lava flows, demonstrating colloids and foams, or semi-fancy desserts for the faculty party.
