Sugar Cube Catastrophe Materials

Use granulated sugar and sugar cubes to explore three factors that affect the speed at which a solution is created: temperature of the solvent, size of the solute, and amount of physical agitation to the mixture. The kids will collect data that will allow them to make educated statements about how all of these factors affect the experiment.
