Anionic Polyacrylamide (Snowflake)

An extremely absorbent polymer that starts out as a white granular powder. Add it to water and it both expands and binds with the air in the room to take on a fluffy, snow-like texture. This is a physical change so if you let the “snow” dry out it will return to its original, white, opaque state.
