Product Description

In the lab, you test and evaluate several different activities and determine if they produce chemical or physical changes. When two chemicals come in contact with one another and form a new compound, there is a chemical change, as shown by heat or light, a color change, or a new smell. When something undergoes a physical change, it remains the same chemically. It just has a different size, shape, or physical state. You will present ten different simple lab activities and ask the kids to evaluate them.

Demo Pack includes: 1 oz. acetic acid, 1 oz. isopropyl alcohol, 7/8 oz sodium chloride, 2 20mm x 150 mm test tubes, 2 4" x 6" resealable baggies, tart pan, book matches, wood splint.
