A 2 hour hands-on physical science workshop consisting of 16 labs and activities selected specifically to present Utah Standard 6.2 to your students. A look at atoms and how heat affects matter, density and temperature. Antoine Lavoisier is cheering from the Big Lab upstairs.
1. Just the Workshop, Please $ 135.
Each teacher will receive 2 hours of hands-on instruction, a lab guide and a set of hands-on materials to use and keep. Many of the materials are large demo items.
2. Classroom Kit & Workshop $ 285.
Ideal for a single classroom. 10 sets of materials listed above for every lab activity. Great for all kids to participate. Ideal for 6th grade classes assigned to elementary school.
3. School Kit & Workshop $ 365.
Ideal for a school science closet. Can be used four (4) times before the consumables need to be refilled. Perfect for school science specialists or lead science teachers or a 6th grade middle school science teacher who has four periods to prepare to teach.
Please note: You do not have to be employed by the district - these workshops are open to anybody who would like to attend!
